Looking for an easy n’ quick cake? Upside down cakes are as old as skillets over fire yet no one can get enough of them, especially with a bit of pineapple!

As I lately have some time, I had been searching on the internet yesterday. Looking to find fresh, exciting tips, inspiring recipes that I have never tested before, to amaze my loved ones with. Hunting for a long time unfortunately couldn’t come across lots of interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I discovered this delicious and simple dessert by chance. It looked so delightful on its snapshot, that required fast action.

It was not so difficult to imagine how it is made, its taste and just how much my husband will probably love it. Mind you, it is very easy to please the guy in terms of cakes. Anyway, I visited the blog: Suncakemom and used the simple instuctions that were accompanied by superb pics of the operation. It just makes life less difficult. I can imagine that it’s a slight effort to take snap shots in the middle of baking in the kitchen because you ordinarily have sticky hands and so i pretty appreciate the time and energy she put in for making this post and recipe conveniently followed.

Having said that I am encouraged to present my very own recipe in a similar fashion. Many thanks the concept.

I was fine tuning the main mixture create it for the taste of my loved ones. I’ve got to tell you that it was an awesome outcome. They enjoyed the flavor, the overall look and loved getting a delicacy like this in the middle of a busy workweek. They quite simply demanded lots more, more and more. Hence the next occasion I am not going to make the same mistake. I’m likely to multiply the volume to keep them happy.
