Are the simple things in life the most enjoyable ones? It’s a hard question but flavoring our favorite butter with some herbs may help us find the answer.

As I most recently have some time, I was surfing on the internet a few days ago. Looking for fresh, fascinating tips, inspirational dishes that I have never used before, to impress my family with. Looking for a long time unfortunately couldn’t discover lots of interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I found this tempting and simple treat simply by chance. The dessert looked so delightful on its snapshot, it called for prompt actions.

It was not difficult to imagine the way it’s made, its taste and how much my hubby will like it. Mind you, it is extremely easy to please him in terms of treats. Anyhow, I got into the website: Suncakemom and simply followed the precise instuctions that were coupled with great photos of the method. It just makes life much easier. I can imagine that it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot snap shots down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you normally have gross hands therefore i pretty appreciate the time and effort she put in to build this blogpost .

That being said I am inspired to present my own, personal recipes similarly. Many thanks the thought.

I was fine tuning the main formula create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must say it absolutely was an incredible success. They enjoyed the flavour, the consistency and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a stressful week. They quite simply requested more, more and more. Thus the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same miscalculation. I am likely to double the amount to make them delighted.

This compound butter recipe is from SunCakeMom.

Soften butter by leaving it out of the fridge for a couple of hours. Alternatively, we can just put it into the microwave oven for 10 – 20 sec on the highest setting. We don’t need it to be liquified but only soft enough to work with.

Chop up the other ingredients finely that we want to add to our compound butter. Alternatively, we can use dried spices or herbs but fresh always tastes better.

Add in some or all of the basic flavorings.

Throw in some extra flavors by adding pungent fresh herbs to our compound butter. Of course, we can just use one thing from all the available options but who could resist of some garlic, Parmesan, bacon or all?

Mix them well together. We can use a machine but it should be doable with a fork, given that we started off with a soft butter.

There are many options to store our flavored butter. We can simply leave it in the bowl we prepared it, roll it up into plastic wraps or use our silicone cupcake moulds and fill them all up.

Place the freshly made compound butter into the fridge or freezer until it hardens back to normal or use it straight away.
