Fancy some healthy and delicious refreshment for the hot summer days? What about a zesty lemonade with a twist of strawberries?
As I recently have a little time, I had been browsing on the internet the other day. Trying to find new, fascinating thoughts, inspirational meals that I’ve never used before, to astonish my loved ones with. Searching for a long time unfortunately couldn’t discover any interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I came upon this scrumptious and simple treat by luck at Suncakemom. The dessert seemed so delightful on its snapshot, that required quick action.
It had been not so difficult to imagine the way it is made, its taste and how much my hubby will probably enjoy it. Actually, it is quite simple to impress him in terms of puddings. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or maybe he is.Anyways, I went to the page and then followed the step by step instuctions that have been accompanied by superb shots of the operation. It really makes life much easier. I could imagine that it’s a bit of a hassle to shoot pics down the middle of baking in the kitchen because you most often have sticky hands so I pretty appreciate the hard work she devote for making this post .
With that in mind I am encouraged presenting my own recipes in a similar way. Thanks for the thought.
I was fine tuning the original formula to make it for the taste of my loved ones. Need to tell you it had been an incredible outcome. They loved the flavor, the structure and enjoyed having a delicacy such as this during a hectic workweek. They basically requested more, more and more. Hence the next occasion I’m not going to make the same mistake. I’m likely to multiply the quantity .

Use fresh or frozen mixture of berries of choice.
Put two handfuls of berries and the lemon into a big jug.
Use two leaves of mint. Mint is an essential ingredient of any summer drink. It makes a twist and surely plays with the taste buds. Crush the leaves before putting them into the jug.
Pour water into the jug and leave it for about 20 minutes or half an hour in the fridge. Let all the berries and mint leaves soak well.
Serve and enjoy summer!
