As I most recently have a little time, I had been browsing on the web yesterday. On the lookout for fresh, intriguing ideas, inspirational recipes that We have never tasted before, to astonish my family with. Hunting for a while unfortunately could not come across too many interesting stuff. Just before I thought to give up on it, I came upon this tempting and easy treat by accident at Suncakemom. The dessert looked so mouth-watering on its photo, that required rapid actions.
It was not difficult to imagine just how it’s made, how it tastes and how much my husband might love it. Actually, it is very simple to please the guy when it comes to puddings. Yes, I’m a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyway, I visited the page and followed the simple instuctions which were combined with wonderful photographs of the operation. It really makes life rather easy. I can imagine that it’s a slight hassle to take photographs in the midst of cooking in the kitchen because you usually have sticky hands therefore i pretty appreciate the commitment she put in for making this blogpost .
With that said I’m inspired to present my own dishes in a similar way. Many thanks the idea.
I had been tweaking the initial recipe create it for the taste of my loved ones. I must mention it was a terrific success. They loved the flavour, the overall look and loved getting a delicacy such as this in the middle of a stressful week. They basically demanded even more, a lot more. Thus next time I am not going to commit the same mistake. I am gonna twin the volume to get them delighted.
This Keto chocolate mousse recipe was first appeared on SunCakeMom.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a small saucepan over another pan of gently simmering water. Stir until chocolate is melted then let it cool off.
Place eggs and the optional sweetener of choice in a medium-sized bowl and whisk until it’s light yellow color and doubled in volume. It will take about 5 minutes.
Eventually add cocoa powder to the mixture.
Fold in cooled chocolate carefully until combined.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until thickened about 2-3 minutes.
Fold the thick whipped cream into the eggs mixture carefully.
We are after a uniform creamy texture and chocolaty color.
Spoon mixture into serving glasses and put them in the fridge to chill before serving if that’s possible.
Anyway, if we are lucky enough and our chocolate mousse survives for an hour in the fridge, decorate them with some extra whipped cream and chocolate topping before serving.
