Is drinking a cup of Apple cinnamon tea all we need to stay healthy? Let’s find out if we can stop searching for the fountain of youth!

As I most recently have a little time, I had been looking on the internet the other day. Trying to find new, intriguing thoughts, inspirational dishes that I have never tried before, to treat my loved ones with. Searching for quite some time yet couldn’t come across too many interesting things. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I found this fabulous and easy treat by chance. The dessert looked so delightful on its image, that required fast action.

It was simple enough to imagine the way it is created, its taste and how much my husband will probably love it. Mind you, it is extremely easy to delight the guy in terms of treats. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or perhaps he is.Anyhow, I went to the website: Suncakemom and simply used the comprehensive instuctions which were coupled with nice photos of the process. It really makes life much simpler. I could suppose it is a slight inconvenience to take photos down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you usually have sticky hands so I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to build this blogpost and recipe conveniently implemented.

With that in mind I’m encouraged presenting my personal dishes similarly. Appreciate your the thought.

I was tweaking the original mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I must say it had been a great outcome. They enjoyed the flavour, the overall look and loved having a sweet like this during a stressful workweek. They basically asked for lots more, many more. Thus the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I’m likely to multiply the amount to keep them pleased.

The origanal Apple Cinnamon tea recipe is from SunCakeMom

Apple cinnamon tea is a great opportunity to use up apple peels that are left from other recipes. If we are only making the tea and we aren’t fancy baking a pie just dice up one whole apple. Fill a saucepan with water then add the apple peel and cinnamon. Optionally add a couple of slices of ginger too.

Put the lid on then bring it to boil.

Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Serve or fill it into a jar and keep in the fridge until it’s served. It keeps fairly long thanks to cinnamon.
