Classic fried chicken wings that are ready in 15 minutes with or without the hot sauce. Be it game night or Valentine’s Day, chicken wings don’t disappoint.

As I recently have some time, I was searching on the internet yesterday. Attempting to find new, challenging tips, inspiring meals that I have never tried before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for a long time unfortunately couldn’t come across lots of interesting stuff. Right before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this delightful and easy treat simply by chance. It seemed so scrumptious on its photo, that required urgent actions.

It absolutely was easy to imagine how it’s created, its taste and just how much boyfriend might like it. Mind you, it is extremely easy to delight him when it comes to desserts. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or possibly he is.Anyway, I visited the page: Suncakemom and used the step by step instuctions that have been accompanied by nice photographs of the process. It just makes life faster and easier. I could imagine that it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot photographs in the middle of baking in the kitchen because you will often have gross hands so I sincerely appreciate the time and effort she devote to build this post and recipe conveniently implemented.

With that said I’m encouraged presenting my own formulas in a similar fashion. Thanks for the idea.

I was fine tuning the main formula to make it for the taste of my loved ones. Need to say it absolutely was an awesome outcome. They enjoyed the flavor, the overall look and enjoyed having a sweet like this in the middle of a lively workweek. They quite simply asked for more, many more. Hence the next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am likely to twin the amount to make them pleased.

Many Thanks to SunCakeMom for the tasty Fried Chicken Wings Recipe.

Cut the chicken wings up at the joints.

Rub the wings with salt and any other additional spices or herbs like onion, garlic, thyme… then let them rest. The longer is the better but mind the wings expiry date. Also, if we are in the rush and we use sauces and paprika at the end, a couple of minutes of rest would be plenty.

Fry the wings in hot oil until golden brown which takes around 8 to 10 minutes.

Take them out then sprinkle some paprika on and shake it together until the paprika covers all the meat.

Optionally combine hot sauce and melted butter in a pan then dip the wings in this mixture thus creating the traditional buffalo wings.
