Is our health worth quitting the fine crabs world and opt for a few green more? Let’s bake some zucchini fries with cheese and see!

As I most recently have some time, I had been surfing on the web last week. Attempting to find fresh, exciting ideas, inspirational meals that I have never used before, to surprise my family with. Hunting for quite some time unfortunately couldn’t come across too many interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came across this delightful and easy dessert simply by chance. It seemed so mouth-watering on its photos, it required immediate actions.

It was simple enough to imagine how it’s made, how it tastes and how much my hubby is going to want it. Actually, it is very easy to keep happy the man in terms of puddings. Yes, I am a blessed one. Or maybe he is.Anyhow, I visited the webpage: Suncakemom and simply used the simple instuctions that have been coupled with wonderful graphics of the procedure. It really makes life much simpler. I can suppose it is a slight hassle to shoot photos down the middle of cooking in the kitchen as you most often have sticky hands so that i really appreciate the effort and time she put in to build this blogpost .

With that said I’m inspired presenting my own, personal recipes in a similar fashion. Appreciate your the concept.

I was fine tuning the main mixture to make it for the taste of my family. Need to say that it was a great outcome. They enjoyed the flavor, the overall look and enjoyed having a delicacy like this in the middle of a hectic workweek. They ultimately demanded more, many more. Thus the next occasion I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I’m going to twin the quantity .

The Zucchini Fries Recipe originally is from SunCakeMom

Halve the zucchinis then lengthwise cut them into 4 vertically and horizontally so we’ll have 8 slices.

Sprinkle salt and mix it well with the zucchini. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Whisk the egg and dunk the zucchini slices into the egg.

Let the zucchinis drip off excess egg before proceeding to the cheesing.

Roll the egged zucchinis into the grated cheese lightly.

Place the zucchinis onto a parchment papered baking tray. We can place them fairly close to each other as they won’t grow in size.

We can opt for the less streneous method of carelessly mixing everything together and dumping the whole thing onto the parchment layered baking tray but the results will be linear to the invested efforts.

Bake the zucchinis in a 400°F / 200°C oven until the cheese gets golden brown spots for about 30 minutes.
